  • Shenandoah GFNY climb simulation (90 – 100% FTP)

  • June 18-22 Boulder/Golden Altitude training for Triple Bypass
  • June 29 MATTS – That Dam Time Trial – 25k Baltimore, MD

  • August 1-3 Pan-Mass Challenge (NY/MA border to Cape: 285 mi)
  • August 17 MATTS 20k – Church Creek, MD

  • September 14 USA Cycling GF Nationals – Thurmont, MD

  • October 5 GFNY - Cambridge, MD
  • October 26  GFNY – Sebring, FL
